- We accept returns in original condition (unused, unworn, and unaltered) with tags and liners attached for either a refund, store credit, or a one time exchange.
- All return requests must be made within 30 days after the date of delivery.
- The refund, store credit, or exchange will be processed within 14 business days from the date of the returned package.
- We can only process a refund back to the original payment method and we do not refund any shipping fees.
1. Remove the waterproof insert prior to washing. Wash your suit in fresh cold water with a gentle cleanser as soon as possible after wearing. We recommend using a gentle soap that contains no moisturizers, Woollite, or a gentle detergent specifically formulated for fabrics with a high spandex content. Gently work the soapy water through the entire suit and make sure to rinse thoroughly in cold water until all soap is gone.
2. Lay your suit flat to dry. Do not ring out or hang as that may cause stretching.
3. Do not put your Swym suit in the washing machine, even on gentle cycle. The temperature and detergent are too harsh for the fabric.
Swym suits have a built-in pocket with a waterproof insert. The pocket is located in the bottoms of the two-piece styles, and in the upper back of the one-piece styles. The pocket is a perfect size for a phone, ID, credit card, money, keys, or anything else you want to keep dry while wearing a Swym suit.
